Where it stands

Free Wi-Fi for Rapid Rewards members launched October 24, 2025 in partnership with T-Mobile. Southwest announced in April 2026 that it will install free Starlink Wi-Fi starting summer 2026, with 300+ aircraft equipped by end of 2026. Current Anuvu service has limited bandwidth; Starlink will deliver streaming-grade speeds.
