- What counts as a "search"?
- Each time you look up a flight's seatmap counts as one search. Viewing the same flight multiple times on the same day only counts as one search.
- What's the difference between static and live seat data?
- Static data shows the general aircraft layout and seat configuration. Live data shows real-time seat availability directly from the airline's reservation system.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
- How do seat alerts work?
- Create an alert for your preferred seat type (window, aisle, exit row, specific seat, etc.) on any flight up to 60 days before departure. Our system automatically checks seat availability and emails you the moment your preferred seat opens up. You can manage all your alerts from your dashboard.
- How often are alerts checked?
- Check frequency is smart and adaptive based on your departure date. Flights within 24 hours are checked every 2 hours, flights 2-7 days out are checked every 6 hours, flights 8-30 days out are checked every 12 hours, and flights 31-60 days out are checked twice per week. This ensures you get timely notifications when it matters most.
