By accessing or using FlightSeatMap.com or the FlightSeatMap iOS application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlightSeatMap provides flight seatmap information, seat availability data, and related travel tools. We offer both free and paid subscription services.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Contact us for exceptional circumstances.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate flight and seatmap information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data. Seat availability and configurations are subject to change by airlines without notice. Always verify important information directly with the airline.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightSeatMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Any errors or omissions in any content
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
