How do I search for a flight seatmap?
Enter your flight number (e.g., AA100, BA283) on the homepage or in the app, select your flight date, and click search. We'll show you the seatmap with available seats highlighted.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 3 seatmap lookups per month, 1 trial live seat check, basic seat reviews, and the ability to browse airline seatmaps.
How do seat alerts work?
Set up an alert for your flight and preferred seat type (window, aisle, exit row, etc.). Our system monitors seat availability and emails you when your preferred seats become available. Monitoring frequency adapts based on how close your flight is.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Why doesn't my flight show real-time availability?
Real-time seat availability requires a paid subscription. Free users see cached seatmap data. Upgrade to Explorer or Professional for live seat availability and automated alerts.
Is the iOS app different from the website?
The iOS app provides the same core functionality as the website — search flights, view seatmaps, and browse airlines. Your account works across both platforms.
