Which plan should I pick?
One booked flight: Trip Pass. Two or more flights a month: Frequent Flyer costs less than a Trip Pass for each one. Just looking at layouts: stay on Free.
What happens if live data is unavailable?
A failed paid request is automatically refunded. Flights with known unsupported data are rejected before checkout where possible.
Does a Trip Pass renew?
No. It is a single payment for one flight and expires after departure.
What happened to Basic, Explorer, and Professional?
Existing subscriptions remain active. New customers get the simpler Free, Trip Pass, and Frequent Flyer choices.
